DELIVERY COSTS TO FINLAND

- 0,00€ / order when the order value is at least 50,00€ (not for home delivery)
- 9,90€ / home parcel (delivery by appointment between 9-21)
- Orders are dispatched on weekdays
- Delivery time 1-4 working days
Unfortunately, deliveries may occasionally be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you suspect your delivery has been delayed or lost, and we will find the location of your parcel immediately. Finlash Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
You will see the amount of delivery charges when you proceed to pay for your order.
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

- You will receive a confirmation message and pick-up instructions by email when your order is available for pick-up. Please take the order confirmation with you when you collect your order. Please always arrange the pick-up in advance with Roosa.

Finlash online store secure payment methods are provided by Paytrail.
Refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. The seal must not be broken. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. For product returns, we charge the return costs of 6,00€.
In case of returns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return with the heading "Returns". You will receive instructions on how to make a return and a return label by email.
Please note when returning products and if the total amount of the delivery is less than 50,00€, we charge a delivery fee of 4,90€ + return fee of 6,00€.
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Finlash is responsible for postage costs in case of complaints. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "Complaints".
We will charge the full cost of any parcels sent and not collected. The re-sending of uncollected orders will be charged separately with a re-postage fee of 4,90€.
We charge a total of 12,00€ for uncollected orders and 4,90€ for reshipments. We will re-send the parcel as soon as the invoice (including re-delivery charges) has been paid.
Finlash reserves the right to cancel an order, for example if the product has run out of stock. If the customer still wishes, we will deliver the order as soon as the product is available.
For orders cancelled on behalf of the customer, we will charge the costs incurred if the order has already been dispatched. We will also collect the cost of any uncollected parcel. For orders cancelled on behalf of the customer and for orders not collected, we will charge the costs incurred 12,00 €.
The prices shown on the website include VAT. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the products and the final amount for the order will be shown on the order page.
Finlash Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or to correct the price if the product has a clear price error. In these situations, the customer will be deemed to understand the situation and the differing price information will be deemed to be incorrect.
